I've limited my Framerate through 3booter and then using Nvidia Profile Inspector, I've tried the game windowed/resized, I've tested default/skins and eyes to make sure the problem was not, like, me being stupid. I'm no sure the game should look like this, on the highest settings? And I can't seem to figure out what exactly I'm doing wrong. Sims' eyes are all blurry, the trees are all low-poly, the tattoos continue to be blurry despite me altering the ShaderSkinComposited (or something) in the GraphicRules.sgr. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and what I could do to solve this. Some years back, when I had a worse setup, my game actually looked prettier and sharper?
